1. Value Web Design will precede the registration after payment has been made.
2. No refunds can be made once the domain name has been successfully registered.
3. The domain name registration period runs for period of Customer subscribed from the date of registration. After this time period has lapsed, renewal may be made upon receipt of payment of renewal fees.
4. There is no guarantee that the domain name requested would be registered until the registrant receives confirmation of registration from Value Web Design.
5. Value Web Design will do all they can to ensure that the registrant's details are submitted correctly during registration. As our system is automated the Customer is advised to check that their details are correct before submitting the domain for registration.
6. Value Web Design does not accept any responsibility for the use of registered domain names especially where there may be conflict over rights to ownership. The registrant indemnifies Value Web Design from any legal proceedings and costs that arise as a result of the registration of a domain name.

1. Value Web Design reserves the right to suspend or cancel a Customer's access to any or all services provided by Value Web Design when Value Web Design decides that the account has been inappropriately used or otherwise.
2. Customer shall not, in any way, use the service for any illegal, immoral or unethical acts. The hosting of, reference to or linking to any of the following is not allowed.

   -	Illegal Material: Includes Copyrighted Works, Commercial Audio, Video or Music files.
   -	Adults Material: Includes Pornography, Obscenity, Erotic images, and Sex related merchandise.
   -	Warez: Includes Pirated Software, Hacking, Cracking, Hacker's or Cracker's aids/tools
   -	Spamming: Sending unsolicited emails using our server is strictly prohibited.
   -	Commercial distributor of MP3, Music Files, Video, Software or any other type of files which requires unacceptable usage of bandwidth.
   -	Malicious and Threatening acts
   -	Online Gambling and Breaking any applicable laws/regulations

1. Customers are bound by Value Web Design Spam Policy.
2. Harassment, whether through language, frequency, or size of messages, is prohibited.
3. Customers may not forward or otherwise propagate chain letters, whether or not the recipient wishes to receive such mailings.
4. Malicious email, including but not limited to "mail bombing" (flooding a user or site with very large or numerous pieces of email) and "trolling" (posting outrageous messages to generate numerous responses) is prohibited.
5. Forging of header or any other information is not permitted.
6. Subscribing someone else to a mail list or removing someone else from a mail list without that person's permission is prohibited.

1. All shared hosting accounts operate on shared network resources. This means that there are several hosting accounts per server.
2. Excessive use or "abuse" of these network resources by one Customer has a negative impact on all other Customers.
3. In all fairness, Customer is not allowed to deliberately consume network resources in an excessive manner; this includes but is not limited to: CPU time, memory, and disk space.
4. Customer is also not allowed to use resource-intensive programs that can negatively impact other Customers or the performance of our systems.
5. High network traffic and throughput is not a problem for Value Web Design, but extreme network traffic or uploading and downloading can sometimes create problems.
6. Any shared hosting accounts that excessive use or "abuse" of these network resources will be given the solution: either reduce the resources used to an acceptable level, or upgrade its service to a dedicated hosting service.

Data Storage And Other Limitations

1. Value Web Design assumes no responsibility for the deletion of or failure to store or restore data.
2. Customer acknowledge and agree that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated.
3. This means that Customer, and not Value Web Design, are entirely responsible for all Content that Customer upload, post or otherwise transmit via the service provided by Value Web Design.
4. Value Web Design does not endorse or control the Content transmitted or posted via the Services provided by Value Web Design and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content.
5. Customer understands that by using the Services provided by Value Web Design, Customer may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable.

1. Value Web Design only accepts Cash, Cheque and Fund Transfer payments.
2. For wire transfer, oversea Customer has to bear all bank charges incurred. Kindly consult your agent / banker before proceed with wire transfer.
3. Customers undertake to pay in full service fees and any other fees before the due date for payment.
4. Late fees may be applicable for payments made after the due date, at the sole discretion of Value Web Design. Services provided by Value Web Design to the Customer may be suspended if fees are not paid by the due date.
5. Value Web Design shall not be held responsible in any way for any loss or damage incurred by the interruption of service.

1. All hosting fees (prices) are subjected to change and will be updated on Value Web Design website.
2. All hosting fees paid to Value Web Design generally are not refundable, however in certain circumstances will be considered at the discretion of the Company Management.

1. All requests for cancelling accounts should be made at lease 48-72 hours before expiry date of account.
2. Upon submitting the cancellation request server access will be disabled.
3. Account cancellation should be process via email to support@valuewebdesign.com

1. Value Web Design reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to any or all services at Value Web Design without prior notice for any reason, including without limitation, if Value Web Design believes that you have violated this agreement or upon an indication of credit problems including delinquent payments.
2. Upon termination, the Customer's use of the services immediately ceases and the Customer acknowledges and agrees that Value Web Design may immediately delete files in the Customer's [account].
3. Upon the termination or expiration of this agreement, the Customer agrees to pay in full all outstanding, unpaid fees through the effective date of termination or expiration of this agreement.
4. No refund for early termination.
5. Any refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.

1. Value Web Design reserves the rights, at our discretion, to update or revise the terms at any time without prior notice, and such changes shall take effect immediately
2. Changes in the service fees will take effect at the end of the Customer's prepaid term; the continuation use of the services beyond the date of such change shall constitute acceptance by the Customer of the Agreement.
3. Please check periodically for any changes to the terms.
